To avoid over-selling physical events it would be super helpful if ticket buckets could check against the overall venue capacity. Eg an event is in a venue with a set capacity of 300, first Ticket Bucket has 250 tickets for General Admission. I get distracted and set a second Ticket Bucket for 100 Passholder tickets - it would be great if the system could visually remind me I have gone over capacity. Is there any way for the system to remind me of the overall capacity? Red text instead of black? On screen reminder?

A lot of our customers were very confused on how to read the seat and row, it was just written 9-9 instead of seat 9 - row 9. It would be great to change that as well.

Currently the end time is listed on the event overview seen through the schedule, but when you click on the actual event page it only gives the start time. It would be great if the start and end time could be listed together as they are on the preview.

If someone doesn't have their ticket on a mobile device or printed, the scanner app should have a feature to be able to search within the selected event for a name, and manually check in a ticket (and see their seat number). We had this on previous ticketing services we used- it's very helpful when a QR code just won't scan clearly or someone forgot their ticket.

We would like to have ability to specify different time zones for physical events that are taking place in different cities within the same event bucket.

socially distanced screenings provide a range of final capacities depending on how people buy their assigned seats. In order for festivals to maximize potential revenue, we need to leave more than the total capacity available to book. If the maximum number of booked seats can be aligned to local festival bylaws, we can get as close to those maximum capacities as possible without limiting seat availability and selection. Currently everything is manual and the risk of limiting revenue and/or overselling is too great

Since the dynamic seating chart doesn't allow us to see an accurate % sold in the Admin Physcial Events page, it would be cool to be able to open a live view of the seating chart from that page to see how it's filling up. Perhaps the link could live in the actions column. Currently to view that chart I'm having to click through to view the event data, click view live and then click buy tickets to open the seating chart.

In addition to Start Time and End Time, we'd like a field for the door/ gate opening time

Rush line keep locking you out when one ticket is scanned. Could the app be updated so that rush line passes, giving out an instant ticket works smarter and quicker. We at CPH use the scanners to register people at the door for some of our venues, so it would be great if it could work faster.

Currently the scanner can issue a ticket without seat assignment from an event with reserved seating when the scanner is in rush pass or rush pay mode. It would be great if rush pay or rush pass mode had the option to use the seating chart to assign a seat. Understandably this would require really strong connectivity to make sure that the seating chart could update in real time, which could be a challenge for some venues. The ability to toggle seating assignments on / off for rush pass and rush pay would be great or the option to open seating chart to issue a ticket with a seating assignment or quickly issue a ticket without seating assignment would be great.
