Feature Requests

When someone buys a pass, there is never a name attached to it, and audience members never add their names. I suggest that the pass be named with the person's name, with a link to have them change it. It's already hard enough for people to deal with the system; having to take an extra step to name the pass creates more friction for the audience member. Currently, we are going in and changing the name on the pass, which is also a time sink.

We'd like to give an all access pass that includes all films as opposed to the customer having to add their films to their pass.

It would be very helpful to redeem multiple benefits within the same box office transaction. For example: if a guest has (2) passes in their account that are multi-ticket packages, and we are redeeming those packages for films inside of the box office, we could apply the benefits of both packages in the same transaction, rather than multiple transactions. This saves on email notifications for the guest, and makes it easier, faster, and more streamlined for staff and volunteers working inside of box offices assisting these guest requests.

I'm creating a unique discount code for a filmmaker to get their comp'd filmmaker pass. I would love to be able to pre-load the 3 ticket reservations to their own screening (filmmaker + 2 guests) to that unique discount code. That way the filmmaker does not need to make the ticket reservation themselves.

For pass and ticket management

I would like the ability to set a date and time for which a purchaser can purchase a pass. I would also like to set a time when the pass is no longer available for purchase. For example I would like to be able to sell an Early Bird pass from 12:01am on Dec 1 until 11:59pm on Dec 22. I would then like to be able to sell Full Festival passes starting at 12:01am on Dec 23 until Jan 15. We plan to only sell passes and then have the system generate the appropriate tickets when the pass is scanned. We have a 3 night in person festival. We will scan the pass once each night and then the nightly ticket will be generated. We don't plan to sell any tickets.

Pay-what-you-can pass would be a wonderful feature

The option to have waiting lists for sold-out pass buckets and events, so people can queue and get a notification as soon as the capacity changed or as soon as someone is canceling a ticket.

When you have more than one pass in your account that can apply to a screening, it would be great if the cheapest option is always first in the dropdown. Right now that's not guaranteed. E.g. it shows their membership discount first, then it shows their $0 option with their festival package. There have been instances where users don't notice they're using the wrong pass or even choose the standalone ticket option when they meant to order with a pass.

There is the recurring payment option, but the language tells customers they can cancel at any time. We are looking for basically giving the ability to break payments up into monthly payments to make it easier. We can't really allow cancellations.
