Allow folks to forego any refund and cancel their tickets themselves - "I understand I will not be refunded, but I support this festival and am cancelling my tickets so others can claim them"

We'd set a box office service fee and I had expected it to be passed along when selling tickets using Rush Pay on the scanner; however, it didn't work. I adjusted my rush ticket price to give us the desired net, but I feel the box office service fee should have applied.

When using the event box office via the iPad app and your event is set up for reserved seating, there is no option to select seats when placing an order. It would be nice to have seat selection available via app box office orders. Our work around is to use the web browser box office and not use the Eventive app at all.

Add a feature that supports imports instead of individual copy-and-pasting data into the group sales spreadsheet. For large orders this becomes frustrating when problems happen and troubleshooting is necesary.

Currently, I understand customers cannot learn the geo-restrictions until after they buy a ticket and try to start watching. It would be nice to have a place where that info lives before they try to start streaming!

In addition to being able to access a seatmap in the scanner app, it would also be helpful to be able to scan passholders and issue rush line tickets to specific seats if it's a reserved seat venue. Additionally for rush line, it would be helpful to be able to release a seat/delete a ticket to a reserved seat (e.g. if someone is a no show) in order to sell it in rush line/issue it to a passholder.

Create a shopping cart — instead of pay as you go — so festivals can offer viewers quantity price breaks on # movies ordered or money spent.

It would be very beneficial if users can access all of their passes & tickets on one screen in their account regardless of which event bucket they logged in from. We have an event bucket which we use to set up memberships as passes, and members get benefits for other event buckets. But when they log in to the membership event bucket, they don't see their festival pass (that is in another event bucket) under their account and we get so many questions about "what happened to my pass?". Could this be done so people have one single Eventive account and not accounts for each bucket?

The checkout modal for buying a pass from the virtual catalog does not show in-line donation add-ons like it does in the checkout on native site. Please add this.
