Feature Requests

When an item is sold from an item bucket with a limited quantity, the item bucket should update to reflect the new quantity - specifically for items with variants. The sales analytics do not detail which variant was sold (i.e. sizes), so post-event reporting is less accurate without having the exact remaining quantity of items.

We'd like to be able to sell a pass, then use that pass to redeem tickets, all in the same box office order. This would really help streamline things!

its get confusing to the customer why they can't it just go straight to the third party site when they click on "Select Showing" like our welcome page button that goes straight to the 3rd party site. Especially when dealing with one showing of that particular film

There should be a requirement for first and last name so my attendees list aren't just first names.

In addition to a report that identifies duplicates, a way to easily merge those two accounts into one.

For each of our events, it appears that geo analytics were only captured for users watching via a browser. I have looked up some guests who were known to be using Roku and Apple tv and they don't appear in the streaming analytics w geo-data that is downloadable from the global reports section. Roku / Apple tv users account for a large part of our audience and not having their geo data for reporting purposes is really unfortunate.

For pass and ticket management

It's very easy to sell a pass without adding a name to it. The name section is poorly designed with small gray text. This results in many unnamed passses if we don't catch the error. It would be great if the box office can't exit that screen without adding a name in that field. AND if that field were much more bold. THANK YOU

To get all the people who purchased any pass for the past 4 years - I will need to generate each of the 27 or so passes individually and then export the data and then sort it to exclude the free passes to get the name and email for each year we really only need one line to add to the pass report - to say what they paid - is it possible to add just one more column?

Users have gotten very confused as to why they need to "name" their membership orders. This is the "Thank you for your order!" pop-up interstitial after going through the checkout process. Could we implement an auto-name feature for memberships - similar to passes? This would remove the need for the naming function all together. Please see screenshot for reference.
