Prevent fields from overlapping each other on the pass bucket page.
Submitted on behalf of Santa Fe Film Institute, admittedly minor but a QOL improvement would be a solution to preventing overlapping characters. There's already a solution to this which is resizing your browser or zooming in and out, so it's super minor, but worth pointing out.

Allow continued shopping with items saved in a cart
Currently, when someone purchases a single ticket, they must complete the transaction before viewing another film page. It would be beneficial to allow customers to use an online shopping cart, so they can purchase single tickets to more than one movie in a single transaction

Ability to sort and filter by seat number in the tickets view of an event
It would be very helpful to be able to filter and sort by seat number in the tickets view. The only other way to do this is to download a .csv, which isn't available for mobile devices.

Expand the size of search window in the box office
From Cleveland IFF: Just wanted to let you know that when doing a Box office order and typing in the customer’s name or email, the size of the search window cuts off the text which makes it had to see who you’re adding. If you could be fixed in the near future, that would be helpful.

Include Film Specs on "Film" admin dash
Under "Details" on the "Film" dash, it would be great to see the aspect ratio and frame rate of the uploaded content. Organizers can better identify which assets are not uploaded per recommended spec and can then request filmmakers upload the proper version to save everyone troubleshooting time. Waiting list for sold-out pass buckets and events
The option to have waiting lists for sold-out pass buckets and events, so people can queue and get a notification as soon as the capacity changed or as soon as someone is canceling a ticket.

Use "and" logic for multiple tags
Currently, when I click on two different tags in the film guide, the output is all of the films for each tags. It should only show films that have ALL selected tags.

Additional communications via Text Message
Integrating text messaging as a supplemental communication method allows organizations to diversify how they connect with audiences, especially as many people now prefer to check texts before emails. This added service not only enhances our communication strategy but also enables us to manage all interactions within a single platform. This improves tracking outgoing messages and could even facilitate voting via text, further streamlining engagement with our audience.

Log who makes changes
If a refund is issued or tickets deleted it would be great to see which user made the changes next to the transaction.
