Add the ability to control the the font size on individual supplementary rows when pass label printing. The use case would be to emphasize a Sponsor or Film that would be included in the supplementary data.

Please add a place to input Alt text for film stills and posters. Colorado recently passed digital accessibility laws ( https://oit.colorado.gov/accessibility-law ) that promote access for digital/tech. Alt text for all graphics is a requirement. There may be more access features that are encouraged. Colorado-based festivals may be liable if they use Eventive and these standards aren't met.

As of now, you can only adjust the font size on labels printed by a dedicated label printer one at a time. It would be helpful if we could adjust the font size on labels printed on label sheets.

The "Quantity price breaks" feature is available for Passes but not Single Ticket Sales. We would like to add a feature to Single Ticket sales such that every multiple of buy x tickets you get a certain price break (the way the "QPB" feature works for passes). That is, we'd like to request a Bundle feature for single tickets. Given the small to mid size of our festival, we only offer one Main Event and two to three feature screenings in addition to other panels, workshops, and social events. Our main attraction is the Main Event which the vast majority of purchasers want to attend: making a pass for one event is cumbersome and has led to some confusion front-end with for POS handlers and customers. some items were deleted from our Eventive system and our staff with access denies doing so. In this case, i believe that it was done by accident but there is no way to see who made changes to the system over a timeframe. Add to that the danger of unauthorized access, hackers, etc. Eventive has no built-in accountability or audit capability. this is really critical for any system that contains financial data and PII

Add Total Ticket Quantity to Standalone Tickets Analytics (at the top of the page) like how it is displayed for Pass Ticket Analytics

If an account has multiple passes for an event, allow the account to order multiple tickets in a single checkout transaction using those passes. For passes that are on a per person basis, a single account may have two or more passes (e.g., a couple or family attending together). The current limitation of one film/one pass per transaction creates situations where a guest must reserve tickets separately using each pass. An added complication arises when reserved seating is involved since the guest cannot simply select multiple seats and have the rules for the passes on the account apply. Further, with dynamic social distancing, blocked seats end up being placed between members of the same party – extremely inefficient for the organizer. Think of the order as a shopping cart and the pass rules create a discount that is then applied - if multiple passes relate to the items in the cart then multiple discounts get applied.

I think in lieu of a donation, having a "sponsorship" page that runs similarly with a function to apply rewards could be beneficial. Our company is not a nonprofit, so donations doesn't really apply but we would greatly benefit from sponsorships

remove ai from the ui. really don't want to have to waste my time writing a custom stylesheet to have this useless ai bs removed, which covers the lower right hand part of the screen. make it so it can go away. put an option to open it in the top menu bar, if it has to always be somewhere. also, cannot click on the "uncategorized" category. also, an interface that is not 100% javascript based. it would be helpful to be able to work on separate pages, individually, possibly side by side, for larger festivals!
