If a refund is issued or tickets deleted it would be great to see which user made the changes next to the transaction.

There is the recurring payment option, but the language tells customers they can cancel at any time. We are looking for basically giving the ability to break payments up into monthly payments to make it easier. We can't really allow cancellations.

Add a button or tab directly to sell passes

Allow a filmmaker to see his/her "film" page (only that page) and edit: add or change photos, edit cast & crew info, insert trailer URL, upload film, etc.

It would be very beneficial if users can access all of their passes & tickets on one screen in their account regardless of which event bucket they logged in from. We have an event bucket which we use to set up memberships as passes, and members get benefits for other event buckets. But when they log in to the membership event bucket, they don't see their festival pass (that is in another event bucket) under their account and we get so many questions about "what happened to my pass?". Could this be done so people have one single Eventive account and not accounts for each bucket?

The ability to change the system language (frontend) for the text, and also switch to a 24 hour clock is a necessity. The ability to change the text in the configurator is unfortunately not enough, as there are still a lot of strings that cannot be translated. Also, the ability to let the user change the language would be great for festivals with several languages.

Our festival tends to use the same 7 cinemas over and over again and rebuilding them in the reserved seating module is a little bit tedious. Is it possible to make a seating chart globally available to other event buckets once it is built? or to have a venue builder outside of a specific event bucket?

Would like to charge ticket prices in the currency of the different countries where they are viewed. Also diff price points for different countries based on their purchasing power.
