Feature Requests

Ideally, the ability for the organization administrator to edit and create custom roles for their team would be phenomenal. We have, in years past, made use of volunteers as QC to verify content is 100% ready for playback during the festival, and as of now, anyone we would give even the lowest level of access to would be able to delete the content from Film pages, either maliciously or accidentally. Being able to toggle off the "Delete/Manage" buttons on content, or only allowing for the "Preview" option, would be the best option for us.

Would love to add Tags to films and virtual screenings that would not be visible to the public.

The ability to select multiple films in a scheduled box office report so separate reports don't need to be generated for each, and users don't have to recieve multiple emails. Would be great for sending sales info to Programmers.

We've had multiple instances where Eventive's help chat can't help a customer, so they add in someone from our organisation — but we have a lot of people, and they've sometimes added someone inappropriate. It would be good if there was a way we could flag people they should contact if they need to include us in the chat.

Currently the scheduled report only shows how many were sold in the last day. It would be helpful to also show how many sold total vs. sold today vs. overall capacity.

Can you please add the Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay Option? We would love to incorporate that into our festival in June!

I would love to be able to adjust colors on the main background, text, outlines, menu. Is there a way to broaden those capabilities?

Is it possible to have a pop-up at the point that someone unlocks or starts watching a film that asks them how many people are watching? We're interested in capturing attendance figures for grant applications next year.

I contacted support assuming this must be an option, but I learned it isn't. Is there a workaround or can you add the feature in the future?
