Is it possible to have a pop-up at the point that someone unlocks or starts watching a film that asks them how many people are watching? We're interested in capturing attendance figures for grant applications next year.

The system now supports a request for Supplementary Data before virtual screenings. This can be enabled across an entire event bucket (it will appear on all screenings in an event bucket). If your festival or organization may be interested in having this feature enabled for your event bucket, please reach out to Eventive support for more information. Eventive support can be reached by using the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
Please note that this feature does require some lead time to configure and implement, please be sure to request this well in advance of your event.

This is currently in beta. If you'd like to be added, please message us through the chat.
We just need intro text (thank you for filling out this information, it will help us...) and data needed (this can be Text, Single Select or Multiselect).

But the eent report under the event does show (an export) of every single viewer.

Oxford Film Festival: the event report does not tell us how many people in one household are watching a single stream. Not everyone is isolating alone in which case if 2+ people are watching together, that is what I would like to know.

Or just a survey built into the system where that is one of the questions but ties to their account so we can learn from their data.

Oxford Film Festival: the data on their account doesn't tell us how many people are watching a single stream... this will result in low audience stats which could adversely affect grant applications that are looking for audience stats. If a family of 4 watches a film together, we're interested in knowing that there were 4 watchers rather than just knowing 1 stream was purchased.
