I was doing some testing with the exchange feature and how it works with the Dynamic Seating Charts yesterday and discovered that if you are exchanging tickets for in cinema screenings, the exchange feature does not query the availability of seats in the new screening to determine if the originally selected seat in screening #1 is available in screening #2.

It seems that the exchange feature allows a seat to be double booked when moving from one physical event with reserved seats into another physical event with reserved seating.

It would be nice when exchanging tix, if the exchange feature could query the assigned seats to identify if the original seat selection is available. If the original seat selection is not available, it would be super if the exchange feature would open the seating chart for the new physical event to allow alternate seats to be selected.
