Feature Requests

One feature that would make a significant difference for reserved seating venues is a smart seat selection system that helps prevent the creation of orphan seats (single unsold seats left between reserved seats). Ideally, the feature would work seamlessly in the seat selection process, encouraging better seating patterns while maintaining a smooth customer experience.

In addition to Start Time and End Time, we'd like a field for the door/ gate opening time

Make a single screening page so there will be a view toggle at the top, when on mobile.

From the event analytics list, it would be great to be able to click into the event and view all of the ticket holders. It’s frustrating to have to work basically from two tabs, one from sales event analytics, and one from the physical events screen to see at a glance the ticket buckets, the percent sold, and ticket holders list.

Please add the ticket bucket on the export and on the view screen. Right now it appears you must look at each film separaet.

To avoid over-selling physical events it would be super helpful if ticket buckets could check against the overall venue capacity. Eg an event is in a venue with a set capacity of 300, first Ticket Bucket has 250 tickets for General Admission. I get distracted and set a second Ticket Bucket for 100 Passholder tickets - it would be great if the system could visually remind me I have gone over capacity. Is there any way for the system to remind me of the overall capacity? Red text instead of black? On screen reminder?

I would like to be able to make a physical event a non recurring event once I choose for it to have a recurrence. Once you choose recurrence, you can never change it back without deleting the entire event and restarting.

socially distanced screenings provide a range of final capacities depending on how people buy their assigned seats. In order for festivals to maximize potential revenue, we need to leave more than the total capacity available to book. If the maximum number of booked seats can be aligned to local festival bylaws, we can get as close to those maximum capacities as possible without limiting seat availability and selection. Currently everything is manual and the risk of limiting revenue and/or overselling is too great
