After a group order for virtual there is not a way to resend-confirmation to individuals of the group order. Adding the ability to resend to a specific person from the group order as needed would useful here.

Please add the capability to schedule the custom "Mailings" - we want to use this to send additional reminder emails about screenings.

Ability to NOT send an email confirmation for every ticket purchase.

It would be very helpful to be able to email only scanned attendees from an event or a group of events. It would be great to do this through the built email program as well through External Syncs.

A toggle in mailings that includes a link to the My Tickets section in the mailing.T the spirit of the request is to make it as easy as possible for patrons to find their pass or ticket QR codes when mailings are sent for specific events or passholder/'member segments.

You should add all the 'add to your calendar' links to every order confirmation email. So people can add to their Google, Apple, Outlook, etc calendar with just a click. People expect that to be in an order confirmation email. I always see it for any kind of webinar or virtual screening on other platforms.

I want to set up an automation where once someone finishes watching the film (or even after the window expires), an automated email can go out to them that I'm able to customize.

Automatic event reminder emails that will send Ticket holders a reminder 1 hour before both physical and virtual screenings

Provide a way to view the confirmation emails within the dashboard, with the standard and any added language. It is currently difficult to customize the emails because there is no way to view them. The confirmation email is an important vehicle to advise pass holders of critical information.
