Integrating text messaging as a supplemental communication method allows organizations to diversify how they connect with audiences, especially as many people now prefer to check texts before emails. This added service not only enhances our communication strategy but also enables us to manage all interactions within a single platform. This improves tracking outgoing messages and could even facilitate voting via text, further streamlining engagement with our audience.

We send mailings to Pass Holders to make them aware of important dates. It would be great to have the option to text customers since many people don't deal with their email on a timely basis.

Please add the capability to schedule the custom "Mailings" - we want to use this to send additional reminder emails about screenings.

My attendees receive reminder emails 5 minutes before our livestream event, which we set up with external instructions. However, this email doesn't contain the instructions that we have set up. Although they receive those in the confirmation email, it would be nice if they could receive it in this reminder email as well, or if we could customize this reminder email.

Automatic event reminder emails that will send Ticket holders a reminder 1 hour before both physical and virtual screenings

The Mailings tab can sometimes take long to load, and even time out, if there are too many past mailings on the page. Is there a way to archive those?

Ability to NOT send an email confirmation for every ticket purchase.

After someone watches the film, we should be able to send a thank you email and a donation button with it. The donation before the movie doesnt make sense since they havent seen the film yet but way want to donate afterwards because they loved the movie
