socially distanced screenings provide a range of final capacities depending on how people buy their assigned seats. In order for festivals to maximize potential revenue, we need to leave more than the total capacity available to book. If the maximum number of booked seats can be aligned to local festival bylaws, we can get as close to those maximum capacities as possible without limiting seat availability and selection. Currently everything is manual and the risk of limiting revenue and/or overselling is too great

A lot of our customers were very confused on how to read the seat and row, it was just written 9-9 instead of seat 9 - row 9. It would be great to change that as well.

Since the dynamic seating chart doesn't allow us to see an accurate % sold in the Admin Physcial Events page, it would be cool to be able to open a live view of the seating chart from that page to see how it's filling up. Perhaps the link could live in the actions column. Currently to view that chart I'm having to click through to view the event data, click view live and then click buy tickets to open the seating chart.

During the festival, when we've filled general seating area that is available for public sale, the order tickets button still says order tickets rather than sold out. We've been changing the button text manually. Could there be a section in the Adaptive Social Distancing Seating Chart where we can define what is considered Sold Out?

I completed my first seating chart for reserved seats. The seating chart looks very small, and it would be nice to offer the ability to enlarge the graphic before saving. Although there is a +/- button for ticket buyers, it would be more convenient to have a viewable seating chart at the onset instead of a view that is like a thumbnail.

And especially for venues with social distant rules in place, being able to track in the system, and on the map, which seats have been scanned and which haven't in real time would make it easier for orgs to release seats if some people don't show up in a certain amount of time.

Right now, you can't see the seating chart from the backend after tickets are off sale. So...if someone comes up and wants to sit down, we don't necessarily know where to sit them. Is there a way for us to see what seats are taken or open via the seating chart on the backend once tickets are off sale??

It would be great if social distant rules are applied to the venue rather than notifying eventive to have it applied to every new physical event created. It would have to be the same social distant rule, but when applied to the venue, and use the venue in physical events, the social rules are applied already without having eventive to do the back-end work.
