Feature Requests

It would be great to be able to drag and drop a video file on the upload page to trigger an ingest. Right now if you're directly uploading from your hard drive, you have to go through the process to find the file after clicking the blue "Upload Content" button.

For both physical & virtual screenings

We would like to have control over the names of some of the Credits or Details fields or be able to add new ones that you have not created.

Under "Details" on the "Film" dash, it would be great to see the aspect ratio and frame rate of the uploaded content. Organizers can better identify which assets are not uploaded per recommended spec and can then request filmmakers upload the proper version to save everyone troubleshooting time. Allow a filmmaker to see his/her "film" page (only that page) and edit: add or change photos, edit cast & crew info, insert trailer URL, upload film, etc.

It would be great to have a smooth transfer of film content, synopsis, images etc from Film Freeway

While updating the back office, there exists an invisible clickable space that allows items to be changed by ACCIDENT while scrolling. Checkboxes can be toggled because of clicking any 'invisible' space on its own row. Just an eyes up to improve. One quick fix, would be to highlight with a different color while hovering... This might alert the user...

We have individual films that have specific sponsors who we allow to add tile ads to the film pages. We have to manually copy and paste it into the description of the film. It would be more efficient to add a list where we can add partners and their respective logos/web tile ads that we can then select from the array to add to a section.

Would be grand if the language would able to add BSL (British Sign Language) as it only available to ASL (American Sign Language) which is not the same sign language. Although there is more sign language in different country so would be good to have all different recognition sign language.

It would be really helpful if there were a log of activity within an event bucket, or at least a log of film uploads (via invites to filmmakers) to an event bucket (by anyone not a member of the organization). I'm having to manually check on individual films to find the upload status of different films in my rather large festival bucket.
