Feature Requests

For non-film festivals that want to use the film guide for other purposes, like as a speaker guide, it would be great to be able to change in all instances and buttons the word for "film" on those pages.

It would be nice if the text that displays upon clicking "SELECT A SHOWING" in the individual film view were editable. See screenshot, attached.

Currently, when I click on two different tags in the film guide, the output is all of the films for each tags. It should only show films that have ALL selected tags.

There is not much contrast between selected and not selected. Some display black bold when selected and some display white bold. One solution could be any selected tags go white with black text. This would go a long way in making the film guide more accessible. It would also be helpful to have 'clear selected tags' option to reset any clicked tags without having to reclick each one.

Our website developer created this explainer video for an issue we were facing, and were advised that this is expected behavior as of October 2024. We'd like to put in this feature request to make sure it's implemented at some point. When the content is imbedded onto a website, if the user logs in and then navigates to another section of the website which uses another imbedded section, the login session is not carried over and the user has to log in again. They should be able to maintain their login status as long as the browser is still open. It should also carry over to the native site as well as the virtual festival site if the user has logged in once.

Our fest is interested in having some events visible before others. Seems like I will have to individually hide/unhide each event from the schedule. Would be nice if I could do it by category/tag, or schedule a day/time when they should go live. Also, there's no way to pick a day/time for the schedule to go live? To make things even more difficult, we will also have to hide/unhide the "order ticket" buttons individually, since we want the schedule to go live in advance of tickets going on-sale. Please add features to make this easier!

Add the ability to quickly re-order additional pages in the Menu without having to copy and paste each page's content individually in Configurator.

Want to be able to customize the wording to clarify specific watch windows for viewers, and prevent any sort of miscommunication

Ability to allow for direct messaging within the Eventive mobile app. Users must be able to pot into messaging and out if desired.
