When users have multiple passes, some of which may have expired, this makes it harder to find the correct one. It’s inefficient to click through each Pass until you guess the correct one.

We would love to be able to set a max ticket price for PWYC tickets - meaning we can create a custom pricing range for each event.

Being able to reserve tickets for people and have them pay on arrival. We have a lot of directors that wants to reserve 100 tickets, this year we made external invoicing for them because they couldn't click 100 seats of from home. It would be great if we could just reserve tickets and then have people pay later, then if they forget we can invoice them later on.

We'd like to be able to sell a pass, then use that pass to redeem tickets, all in the same box office order. This would really help streamline things!

It would be super helpful to be able to allow users to override the capacity at the door. For example being able to manually sell tickets at the door without creating another ticket bucket would be great - whether this is at the event bucket level or the physical event level would also be something to think about but ideally some way to allow oversells at the door without having to navigate to the back-end.

Allow customers to cancel free tickets without having to contact the box office to cancel them for the customer.

Would love a waiting list button option for sold out events! Would be great to automate this function so that if a spot opens, the next person on the standby list is immediately notified.

It would be useful to be able to automate having sales made available at a specific time of day, as opposed to manually opening sales for physical (or virtual) events.

Checking in passes from the Person screen (where it lists all of the passes tied to a specific person) would be INCREDIBLY beneficial so as to not have to click through to the "Check In Passholders" screen. When checking a pass holder in, there is a "view person" button and it would be great to be able to navigate there and check in all of the associated passes without having to search for their individual names. It should also be an option in the "Bulk Actions" menu on that screen.
