Feature Requests

Under Global Exports, I'd like to use the "all orders" options to gain a full overview of all orders in order to create daily sales reports for our patner cinemas. As it stands, the "all orders" export unfortunately lack the following fields: Date of event Discount used (if applicable) Percentage of said discount, OR discounted amount

The default text, currently unchangeable, ends with: "Enjoy the show." This is totally inappropriate for my documentaries, and surely other films as well!

Can currently do this for passes. Would be great for events too. I had to use a different app to handle a large party :(

Allow folks to forego any refund and cancel their tickets themselves - "I understand I will not be refunded, but I support this festival and am cancelling my tickets so others can claim them"

we would find useful to have an option of gathering additional data for single buyers tickets. We decided not to create passes but we would like to get the information of the buyers still. Just by adding 2 fields - address and preferred phone number would be enough. Thanks a lot for the consideration.

Add a feature that supports imports instead of individual copy-and-pasting data into the group sales spreadsheet. For large orders this becomes frustrating when problems happen and troubleshooting is necesary.

Create a shopping cart — instead of pay as you go — so festivals can offer viewers quantity price breaks on # movies ordered or money spent.

We used Eventbrite for 13 years... Eventive is much much better however, one feature of Eventbrite is their automated waiting list. This is very good. When a show is sold out, spectator have the option to put themselves on a waiting list; if a booking is cancelled they get notified a seat a available. COULD WE HAVE THAT ON EVENTIVE PLEASE! THE SPECTATORS ASK US FOR IT.

I would to see an upsell option when someone is purchasing tickets to upgrade to a pass.
