Please allow box office agents to sort events by date

Option to add settings to reserved seating events to prevent booking from leaving single seat gaps in order to maximise row capacity and sales. Would also be great for this to be toggled off closer to the event start to allow for last minute single orders

It would be amazing if we could update the box office so that you could filter multiple venues, we have cinemas that have more venues then one so for them to always change it is not working. This year I made a workaround where I tagged all events with the name of the cinema and then you could filter by tag and see the events. But that is a lot of work, and there can be mistakes in this.

Would like to be able to search by Order ID, ticket ID, pass ID, item ID, etc. in the search bar.

We are looking to have the donation prompt to "top-up" someone's purchase to a set amount, like $25 or $50 in the checkout stage of payment. So if the customer had $23 of service in the cart, the system would ask if they would like to donate $2 to up their transaction to $25 (in this case of a 25th anniversary).

In addition to capacity, set pricing, ticket bucket variants, PWYC, and so on so it's associated with a venue. Thus, when a ticket bucket is created on an event with a venue selected, the allocations set on the venue will autopopulate.

Sometime we want to give out a ticket for a event to accredited guest, but in box office you have to make individual sales, so it would be really smart if you could make a group sales function for pass holders

The idea being that student/senior pricing would not be available for public orders, but would still pull from the same allocation when processing orders in the box office.

There should be a requirement for first and last name so my attendees list aren't just first names.

Because Sundance sells ticket packages I would like to see the actual product on the order confirmation email receipt. Currently it stats "Your order includes 1 pass..." This should read "Your order includes 1 package...."
