Feature Requests

Currently, when someone purchases a single ticket, they must complete the transaction before viewing another film page. It would be beneficial to allow customers to use an online shopping cart, so they can purchase single tickets to more than one movie in a single transaction

Need to be able to give a cash discount (or pass on Credit card fees) to patrons that want to pay in cash. Right now it's legal to pass on Credit card surcharges in 47 out of the 50 states. In Colorado, for example, a merchant is allowed to pass on credit card charges paid by the merchant, as long as the surcharge reflects the merchants costs, is plainly posted at the point of sale, and an itemized receipt can be generated that clearly shows the amount of the surcharge. Obviously, this could potentially save film festivals of all sizes hundreds or thousands of dollars annually. And all we'd need is the ability to have pay types for each ticket that would specify whether a given ticket or pass was being paid for in cash or credit.

Can currently do this for passes. Would be great for events too. I had to use a different app to handle a large party :(

Currently we have to decide to either pass on all fees or absorb fees. We'd like to have an option for the customer to decide if they'd like opt in to cover fees.

Create a shopping cart — instead of pay as you go — so festivals can offer viewers quantity price breaks on # movies ordered or money spent.

In fact, I want to be able to remove the option to sell through the scanner app, since scanners should not be handling sales and so I can make sure they are all happening correctly and in the same place. If the option to sell a rush type exists, why wouldn't it be in the box office setting, where it would be used?

We have a hand full of patrons that cannot manage to use the internet at all, I would like the ability to (on a pass by pass basis) just give these 4 or 5 passes the ability to attend any event available to them, and then vote from the app(With a little help)

We used Eventbrite for 13 years... Eventive is much much better however, one feature of Eventbrite is their automated waiting list. This is very good. When a show is sold out, spectator have the option to put themselves on a waiting list; if a booking is cancelled they get notified a seat a available. COULD WE HAVE THAT ON EVENTIVE PLEASE! THE SPECTATORS ASK US FOR IT.
