Scanner app- search feature

If someone doesn't have their ticket on a mobile device or printed, the scanner app should have a feature to be able to search within the selected event for a name, and manually check in a ticket (and see their seat number).
We had this on previous ticketing services we used- it's very helpful when a QR code just won't scan clearly or someone forgot their ticket.

Currently, the Eventive Android scanning app allows event staff to scan tickets directly or sell tickets on the spot. However, when a patron cannot locate their ticket—a frequent occurrence at our festival—staff have no way to look up that patron within the app. As a result, we are forced to redirect the patron from the entry line to the box office, where staff can manually search for their profile and reprint the ticket from an iPad/pc. This creates unnecessary delays, long lines, and a poor attendee experience.
We'd like to request the addition of a searchable guest list inside the Android scanning app. With this feature, a scanner would be able to:
- Quickly pull up the guest list for the selected event (by name or email)
- Check them in directly from the guest list, without needing a physical or digital ticket
This would eliminate the need to send patrons to the box office for simple lookups, significantly improving entry flow and reducing staff workload. The feature would be a practical, time-saving enhancement for any event using Eventive on Android devices.

Highly required feature in my opinion. Our previous ticketing system also allowed for this and it was very helpful as many times people forget their tickets or just don't have them quickly accessible.

When using the scanner app we have always had trouble with the usability of the card buttons and back buttons once in the scanner mode. When scanning tickets, the ticket type is not visible which would be very helpful. It would also be great to be able to look up orders by the customers name in the scanner app.

When scanning passes at the door, don't only check if the pass has reserved a ticket to the event/screening, but also show the seat number on the display so passholders can easily be reminded where they're supposed to sit.
