Add sponsorship/web tile ad section to film pages

We have individual films that have specific sponsors who we allow to add tile ads to the film pages. We have to manually copy and paste it into the description of the film. It would be more efficient to add a list where we can add partners and their respective logos/web tile ads that we can then select from the array to add to a section.

Hey Jason, I think this ties to one we submitted previously-I think Kim or someone else on the Eventive team may be inclined to merge the requests, just a heads up :)
