Phyllis Lizachich (Book Keeper for CIFF Calgary) asks: " I just did the reconciliation for January between Stripe and Eventive and there is a difference that I believe is related to two Top Doc refunds and fees processed in Stripe in January. There was also a difference in payouts but that is just a timing difference of when we actually received the money in our bank account so no need to worry about that. I am attaching some spreadsheets of my analysis between Stripe and Eventive that show what I believe is causing the difference. Can you take a look and let me know what you think?"
