I agree. In my case, we want the "unlock window" and "watch window" to extend to the end of the virtual screening's "availability window", but not beyond. The existing verbiage does not account for availability window. Example:
We have a virtual screening that runs for 8 days, from June 3 (12:00 a.m. EDT) through June 10 (11:59 p.m. EDT). (This is our "availability window".) We set both "unlock window" and "watch window" to 8 days, so no one gets cut off early: they have the entire "availability window" to watch the film, no matter when they get a ticket or begin watching. However, they will not be able to watch after June 10, 11:59 p.m. EDT; that's how Eventive works.
On the Virtual Screening page for this screening, the verbiage generated by Eventive, which we cannot edit, mentions only the unlock and watch windows, not the availability window:
"After this content becomes available June 3rd at 12:00 am EDT, you'll have 8 days to start watching. Once you begin, you'll have 8 days to finish watching. Need help?"
(BTW, the "Need help?" link goes to general help about viewing virtual screenings, nothing helpful. Even if a user clicked on that link and found the question "How long can I watch the movie?", they would see the following vague answer:
"When you unlock the movie, you will see an indication of how long you have to start watching below the “watch now” button on the film page. After you've started watching the movie, the indication will change to show you how much time is left to finish."
For our case, verbiage should be changed to something like:
After this content becomes available June 3rd at 12:00 am EDT (UTC -0400), you'll have 8 days to start watching. Once you begin, you'll need to finish watching within 8 days or before June 10 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (UTC -0400), whichever comes first.
