It would be great if when individual ticket holders purchased the form requiring information was in a usable spreadsheet with separate the info into columns like it does for events. Non-profits use zip code info for grants and to track audience.

Hello Christine,
If you need the zipcodes of your customers along side each order, you can download the Order reconciliation ledger (unified) which is located in the Global Reports Section of the dashboard.
When generating the report, check the box that includes the purchaser name, email and postal code... if you include this information, I believe that the postal code will be displayed in column M.
Note: for Canadian organizers, we are currently aware that the postal code is only displaying the first three characters (the Forward Sortation Area [FSA]) and doesn't include the last 3 characters (the Local Delivery Unit [LDU]). The FSA is a combination of three characters (alpha-numeric-alpha). It identifies a major geographic area in an urban or a rural location. The LDU is a combination of three characters (numeric-alpha-numeric). It identifies the smallest delivery unit in an FSA... we understand this may be too vague for your present needs and we are looking into when we may be able to further address this.
