I set up a reserve tier system on our previous platform which saved our customer service team a lot of emails, and I'd like to see it offered here. I'd have a quantity set aside for select individuals, given a proper discount code, to claim tickets online from this pool, even if the public pool was sold out. I could then transfer the inventory from all "reserved" pools in bulk, so that way unclaimed tickets would then be available to the public. I used this for filmmakers claiming tickets to their own screenings or other VIP / special purchase requests. I could then transfer all unclaimed tickets from this pool to the general public pool if need be. I could do this in batches across screenings as well.
