Placeholder email for users who are not tech-savvy

Some of our customers are elderly and either don't use computer or don't have email. It would be great if you could provide a placeholder email address we can use for those customers. That way we can create an account for them and help them purchase tickets.

I agree this would be useful.
Our workaround is to use plus addressing using one of our admin email accounts with the patron's name, for example: boxoffice+janedoe@utahfilmcenter.org
Gets a bit annoying as we have to do extra training around this and it emails our admin account the receipts, but it keeps us moving along and keeps user records seperate.
