Under "Fee and tax settings," we'd love the option to set the "Virtual ticket unlock customer fee" as either a flat dollar amount or a percentage of the ticket price. Because this fee applies across all of our virtual events in an event bucket and different virtual events have different ticket prices, a single fixed amount can feel too steep for lower-priced screenings or too low for higher-priced ones. Adding a percentage option would let customer-facing fees scale fairly across every virtual event. We've attached a visual example of what this setup could look like in practice.
