Currently mailings is located within each event bucket and can targets passes and events, and other segments within a single event bucket.

Being able to create a mailing that targets multiple event buckets or events across event buckets (ie. target folks who have attended late night screenings at a fest across the last 3 years, etc.) would be cool.
