The forum and chat is helpful, but sometimes responses can take hours. Even if it increased the cost of a subscription or was a higher tiered offering, this would be incredibly valuable to those trying to understand the intricacies and nuances of the platform while developing the Virtual Festival Experience. In addition, having someone accessible in the moment during the festival, we feel, is a crucial component to troubleshooting and developing trust in the platform and offering a seemless experience for our patrons.
