as of now, we can only customize confirmation emails if it is a VOD event. We are running a special event which is mainly panel discussions, special presentations and round tables, we cannot customize the emails if the event is a live stream event. it would be great if we can work around this.

Hi Alia, can you be more specific of what you'd like to customize? It's always a balance of providing organizers more specificity and control over their events, while also not unintentionally introducing confusion. Especially, for audience members that attend multiple Eventive screenings across different organizations.
