Currently, the Eventive Android scanning app allows event staff to scan tickets directly or sell tickets on the spot. However, when a patron cannot locate their ticket—a frequent occurrence at our festival—staff have no way to look up that patron within the app. As a result, we are forced to redirect the patron from the entry line to the box office, where staff can manually search for their profile and reprint the ticket from an iPad/pc. This creates unnecessary delays, long lines, and a poor attendee experience.

We'd like to request the addition of a searchable guest list inside the Android scanning app. With this feature, a scanner would be able to:

This would eliminate the need to send patrons to the box office for simple lookups, significantly improving entry flow and reducing staff workload. The feature would be a practical, time-saving enhancement for any event using Eventive on Android devices.
