I noticed we have this feature for physical events which is great! But having it for virtual would be greatly appreciated too. Particularly in regards to age restrictions. I also noticed someone else suggest "Age Restriction for Virtual Festival" and that does apply here too. Some screenings/workshops/etc is not suitable for younger audiences/participants. Also, the legality of it all.

For example, we have a virtual workshop for Figure Drawing for animation. Normally, figure drawing involves nude models.

So having a waiver at checkout would help quality control and ensure our attendees are of age (or at least are fully aware they agreed to being of age) right at checkout.
