Add event date and discount used + discount percentage to "all orders"-export

Under Global Exports, I'd like to use the "all orders" options to gain a full overview of all orders in order to create daily sales reports for our patner cinemas. As it stands, the "all orders" export unfortunately lack the following fields:
- Date of event
- Discount used (if applicable)
- Percentage of said discount, OR discounted amount
