As a user, I will see a popup overlay towards the end of the film that gives me the ability to donate. The film pauses when this happens.

As a user, I can choose to donate or continue watching the film.

As a user, if I have not donated then the film will end with the donation overlay.

As an admin, I can enable/disable a feature to display a popup donation overlay and input the timecode at which it would appear.

As an admin, I can enable/disable the donation overlay to display at the very end of film.
