As a particular example, if a filmmaker who receives multiple tickets to their own film does not distribute them to other folks, they could potentially vote multiple times on their own film. So it would be nice to be able to customize the ballot for that user, either to make sure they can only vote once despite how many tickets they have, or at least customize the messaging on the ballot just for that user.
