Festival organizers can now connect their FilmFreeway account to their Eventive dashboard and import selected films directly, with titles, descriptions, runtimes, images, and credits filled in automatically from the festival's submission.
How it works:
Choose what comes in. Films are imported based on their judging status in FilmFreeway. You select which statuses to include: Selected, Award Winner, Finalist, and more. And you decide whether to import the descriptions, images and credits that were provided with the submission.
Sync when you need to. The sync is one-way into Eventive and runs only when you start it. Run it as often as you like to bring in newly selected films and metdata updates.
No sensitive data. Eventive does not import judging details or entrants’ personal information.
To get started, create a key in your FilmFreeway festival dashboard, then paste it into Eventive from Manage Organization > Connections > Set Up FilmFreeway.
