Checked email in retool, it did only send one confirmation email. Yet, there are separate tickets for a virtual and physical event. Also, they do appear to have been sold in the Box Office at the same time.
My assumption is that they chose both events in Box Office. This may need to be converted over to UX/UI for tracking.
