It would help to be able to remind patrons of their seat number as you scan their ticket or pass. Especially if they are using their pass, they don't have their ticket visible, so how are passholders supposed to remember all their seat numbers, unless they are bringing up each ticket QR code to scan- but part of the ease of being a passholder is that you don't need to keep track of all your tickets once they're on your pass.

So, when a code is scanned, something that pops up with their name and seat number, at least, would be helpful. just a second or two, then minimize.
